MY POVERTY AND PATRIOTISM

This is brilliant.

I'm going to show how patriotic I am and remove my poverty crisis.

I'm selling my mother to Asio.

If a terrror suspect survives in a locked room with her for twelve hours then you'll never break him.

An innocent man will be clawing at the door in 15 minutes.

Alternatively Asio could use her for training operatives. If they survive in a locked room with her for twelve hours, the enemy will never break them.

I'm not greedy, 1.5 million in gold bullion should see me right. Gold bullion, none of that unmarked bills rubbish, gold in the hand.

I have a price, and I am serious. For exactly fifty billion dollars I will leave the world alone.

That's not a joke; it's serious. -Really.

I mean it.

Rh, a man who places a high price on himself, lovely but I can have you whacked for $200. Not that I would, your entertainment value is priceless.

Two hundred. Is that so. What a bargain. Well these things don't happen very often, but you'd have to add a few zeros to that figure over here. Two hundred wouldn't pay for the driver.

How well do you know your mother? Isn't it possible she could just charm the socks of a stranger with her only negativeness being about her horrid daughters.

Andrew, I couldn't possibly convey what it's really like with her at the moment. Tomorrow I'll shop, put everything away, change the bed, check the medication, help her shower and she will still find something to complain about. I am very tired of being nice.

I've watched my aunt with her mother (who has dementia) and I marvel at how she can be so calm and so nice all the time. It helps, I think, that she's spent her life being nice to arseholes (my aunt's a teacher) and that she has a lovely temperament. Personally, I doubt I could love anyone enough and I'm damn sure there's not enough alcohol in the world that could help me cope in that position.
Don't be hard on yourself, jahteh, I think you're doing very well.

Talking to a client today and asked him where some info was that he had promised us, a condition of some support we are extending. Turns out he spent last night rescuing his mother from the international airport where she had taken herself. He's no spring chicken himself...

More power to you, lady.

It is proven...

That the women bloggers who put up with RH are the most talented, broad-minded, wittiest women in the world.

They are an elite.

I was really good Nails, didn't even buy any chocolate and she's treading very softly around us just in case we do walk away.

Wasn't chocolate I wanted anyway, Phil and his licorice had me seeing licorice allsorts everywhere but Darryl Lea has the best ones. *thinks 'Killl Philll'*

As you sure I can't send her to you Bear, I'll pay the freight and buy the cage.

Rh, you could also say we're the twitiest for putting up with you but if we didn't give you a home you might go somewhere else and get into real trouble.

You can't send her to me, JahTeh, because you can't possibly hate her so much that you would subject her to such a horrendous fate. I know you - you have a good heart.

R.H. said...

Thanks.

Okay then.

I'll take your mother.

JahTeh said...

Yes, Bear, I have a good heart which is why I couldn't send her to you, you're fragile enough.

Rh, believe me I couldn't even do it to you.
