Some people leave footprints on our heart.
Cats leave fur on our sweaters.
Dogs leave drool on our shoes.
Families will crap on our doorstep.
So when life gives you crap, garden it and make roses.

VOLCANO
This image is from NASA showing the ash plume from the Chaiten Volcano as it streams across Argentina to the sea.
As the volcano continues to erupt through the night, it creates its own electrical storm complete with massive lightning bolts.
Radio carbon dating has its last eruption in 7420 BC (Fleetwood's birth date) so it's got a sizable lava plug choking in its throat. It will either blow out the side like Mt St Helen's or straight up like Vesuvius.
Thank you little Bwca but it doesn't apply to me, I'm an alien from another planet which is not in the process of blowing itself to smithereens. I have room in the space ship for friends....bring the Bombay.
I know I shouldn't jest about your age Fleetwood, sensitive lad that you are.
The pryoclastic cloud superheats the air causing the lightning so all you have to do is stand far enough away and put it on film. Mt St Helen's still having a rumble but no real eruption. The heat melted the glacier that had built up round the lava dome though.
The return of Rh *screams of terror from the latte set* *bells and whistling from blogdom*.
Fire and brimstone Sedgwick as he's known as around these here parts.
Wow.
ReplyDeleteThose are some fantastically hot pics - even for Hot Hunk Thursday!
ReplyDeleteI love volcanoes. From a distance of course.....
