Isn't this photograph stunning? It's called Port Davey and was taken by Hobart photographer, Geoffrey Lea and won landscape photograph of 2006. I did have it set as wallpaper but it's too powerful to look at that closely. There are other photographs by him at http://www.leatherwoodonline.com which is a marvellous site for all things Tasmanian. While you're there check out the B&B's and the regional recipes and restaurants.

Ah yes, that site has been a long time in our bookmarks. Was helpful during our last foray into the Land of the Long White Two-headed Merino Love Interest.
How come you're so thin if you eat all that food? I'm bloody starving now. I'd even eat one of the Bwca's buckwheat pancakes. You're vicious, you are.
Beautiful, powerful. JT, you will want to fix your link in the post by placing a dot after the www.
Thank you, Janet, fixed. I hope you went there anyway and enjoyed the tour.
Yes, yes, yes. It envelopes me, draws me in ... And who lives in among those god-forsaken rocks?
http://www.parks.tas.gov.au/marine/port_davey/index.html for Lunar brogue to go and explore. It's one of Tassie's wild places, a treasure.
