Look slowly but closely

This is the Diga del Cingino dam in Italy.  See those little dots on the wall.

They are European Ibex and they like to eat the moss & lichen growing on the wall.
They are also licking the salt off the stone.
I bet they don't ever look down.

And if they do look down, it is the last time.

Oh please, where is your top-of-the-post warning
'Not suitable for big animal sook AOD'.
Did you know Ras-Putin's fracking is poisoning all the reindeer on the tundra and wiping out the reindeer herdsman. Donna and Blitzem xmas indeed.

EC, it doesn't seem to bother them at all and the wall is not exactly smooth.

Annie O, fracking is damaging every bloody thing and poisoning is the least of their worries once the methane under the tundra starts melting and coming to the surface. And why do you read these things, you know it drives you to drink.

I wouldn't mind having that kind of balance and stability. Beats tripping over a speck of dust on the floor.

A gift I ordered for you has finally arrived at my house, but the PO is closed tomorrow, so I'll post it to you Thursday.

The truly amazing ibex. Contrary to popular opinion, I've never been one for fracking.

Don't listen to Ann. It is christmas eve. Pour yourself a large Bombay Sapphire. Just the one mind.

River, beats falling over a stupid footstool. Your last year's gift is still waiting to be made but it's close.

Andrew, vodka for the Home is chilling in the fridge. They serve wine but it usually tastes like it matured last week.

RH, STI's are rising faster and only because young hetero idiots can't be bothered with safe sex so get out on the street corners and start teaching them.
And Happy Christmas.

I'm opening an old folks home for poofs, "ooooooh Cedric, is that a walking stick or are you just glad to see me...."

People who root as nature intended are the overwhelming majority, the pox is always proportionally higher among homos. Think about why. AIDS began among homos then spread to the general population through blood transfusions, dirty needles and so on.
I don't care about this gossiping little twerp and wouldn't waste one minute on him apart from astonishment at a nasty little mind that goes out of its way to insult people by writing Christmas in lower case whilst posing as fair-minded. What a fucking liar. Complete idiot.

Nice to see you full of Christmas charity Robert, and I am an expert on AIDS so I will tell you that one of the first to die of AIDS was a woman missionary from Africa where the virus originated. Now go breathe in mince pies until you feel better.
And just for the record the biggest spreader of HIV were the blood banks of America who refused to believe the virus was in their blood products and wanted to protect their profits.

R.H. said...

An AIDS expert. oh my gosh, I'll get a brass plaque made and nail it to your fence. Well you'd be aware that AIDS was originally known in America as GRID (gay-related immune deficiency) spread by "gays" who took it all over the world (arse fucking carries a very high transmission risk).
No one is sure who was first to die from HIV, nor who was responsible for its beginnings in America, some name a homosexual flight attendant called Dugas.
Blaming American blood banks for spreading HIV is like blaming farmers for spreading DDT, if you want to blame something blame INFECTED BLOOD. Logic was never one of your strong points.

As that poor pilot said, some-one had to have given it to him. The blood banks were told repeatedly it was blood borne but they still shipped their clotting products for haemophiliacs abroad. They stopped calling it GRIDS when women and haemophiliacs started dying after transfusions.
I must go back into my histories and find out if Rochester had the pox.

Holy hell, that is amazing!
I bet they don't look down, too!!!

*Love the change of colour to your blog, I can read it properly now :) *

The American blood bank knew their product was causing deaths?

What a strange accusation.
