I hadn't posted it.

I hadn't posted the coffee table, too busy drooling over it. The glass top is inserted into the wood so it won't slip. The edge is carved and the legs are a joy. The colour looks a dream and it is just the right size for the room.  Mother's inheritance again.  I love it, I'm still enjoying it so much I haven't put the frogs and crystals back on top.

It does look very nice, I like the colour. Will you post again when you have the ornaments back on it?
I don't have room for a coffee table, I make do with a mini side table just big enough for the TV remotes and a box of tissues plus a coffee mug. but it's round and things keep almost going over the edge.

Ooooh.
I would stroke it every time I walked past.

Queen Anne reproduction? My grandmother had rather a lot of it.

Cabriole legs.

Merry Christmas big thing, wishing you lots of sixpences in your plum pud.

Elegant and useful, what more could one ask of a table? OK, an INSET glass top, so that a feline floofball can't scratch the surface mid-flight.
