Some people leave footprints on our heart.
Cats leave fur on our sweaters.
Dogs leave drool on our shoes.
Families will crap on our doorstep.
So when life gives you crap, garden it and make roses.

~ hi ~ You left a message for me asking for me to read a part of your blog that you felt connected with my lattest poem, please could you give me the dated blog as you have nearly 4 years of archive. await you reply. I wish you a peaceful day/night. brendarose333
Jayne, my childhood dream was either a tiara or a tutu and toe shoes. We tried making our own tap shoes with beer bottle tops stuck to the sole but they were never quite successful.
'Prima Bloggerina', I love it. You're right about the feet though. I've never seen a ballerina with beautiful feet.
Robbert, always in my mind is the image of hippos in tutus in Fantasia. Walt Disney killed my dreams. "goat-eaters"???? You're right, a mean tutu, black with barbwire trim.
Strange you should say that Kath. The Big W catalogue had size 26 leggings on sale today and I was tempted. Long leg stay-up stockings meant for the thighs tend to get stuck under my knee caps so you can appreciate my caution. I could always add a codicil to my will that I must be buried in a pale pink bejewelled tutu, now that's going out in style.
You know . . . it doesn't take TOO much imagination to understand why men like women in skirts and in some countries it is, or was illegal for women to wear trousers. So to the tutu. Hmmm? Like the petals of a flower and invitation to de-flower. That last one, made me think of it, the top bit is so formal the bottom so . . . pink.
Off now, gotta go listen to Garrison Keillor . . .

Tutu's are over-rated and look much better on Mr Shamrock lol.
"Everything Is Beautiful At The Ballet"
but more importantly
Je Ne Regrette Rien
Don't fret about not being an anorexic bunioned Prima Ballerina with a 2cm-wide hairpart, - you're a Prima Bloggerina instead.
What? Of course you can wear a bloody tutu! Anywhere you like!
(Footscray Mall might be a challenge but it's time those goat-eaters copped some real culture!)
ROBBBBERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well golly but they've seen a tutu anyway.
Desmond.
Tutu.
ha ha ha!
ROBBBBERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I'm too old for leggings; having worn them the first time around.
But that's not going to stop me and nor should it stop you! Go on, I dare ya!
Miss Jahteh could sure wear one mean tutu!!!
You're never too old to wear anything you want. Just get something that doesn't clash with the red hair.
Brendarose, I've left a comment at your blog.
