Nearing one of the biggies

I like this, very Art Deco but as long as it isn't chocolate mud cake inside. I really like fruit cake and marzipan icing covered with delicious fondant icing.  Don't forget the booze.  An aged sherry would go well.

Aquamarine and diamonds.   Doesn't it look like the sea and sparkling waves. Now I'm not greedy but if you could just manage to buy a ring to match, I'd be very happy.  Earrings would definitely be an overload.

A rose in any shape or form is something I love but a sponge cake with a hidden centre of rose jelly and cream, divine. I'd share it, promise.  Or maybe make it small and we could have one each, tea or coffee, of course not, sparkling Rose in crystal flutes.

Thank Annie O'Dyne for finding my lost sculpture, so me when I had long hair but short hair makes it easier these days.  That cat belonged to the artist and is not my precious Ice Bear.  I'd have had to nail his feet to the floor to put a bow around his neck.

I will happily (greedily) take the earrings off your hands.
Love the statue.

PS: I am slow, but am I right in thinking the biggie approaching is a birthday? If so I hope it is wonderful.

Ooops, please forgive me, I'd forgotten your birthday is coming. Bad me :(
So it's a big one? Thirty or Forty? I love the cakes, but the first one has to be chocolate, just NOT a mud cake. The pink one? Maybe a half dozen cupcake sized ones.
The necklace is fabulous and I love that sculpture of "you" and "not-Icebear"

I want that cake for interior decoration purposes in my next life when I go art deco. The sculpture does slightly resemble you. A good find by Annie.

The pink iced cake, the necklace and sculpture are all beautiful. The lady in the sculpture reminds me of the painting of Margaret Olley by William Dobell.

Delicious delights! The statue reminds me of the WWII Rosie the Riverter poster, depicting a sturdy flame-haired maiden on her lunch break, considering the health-giving and morale-boosting potential of a large slice of chocolate cake, calories be damned!

Please note that I'm referring to the poster which was an altered version of the 1943 Rockwell Post cover -- Rosie's sandwich morphed into cake.

oh Dear Copperwitch I do wish you Bon Anniversaire and many more with aged sherry which

goes with cake so well. Relaxing with tea in your mint green shawl & sprigged silk chemise

while the staff attend to all of life's mundanities for you. massive love from the bush

... and I hope that parcel of music & sparkle was safely delivered to you?

Annie O, I knew that had to be you. A teeny tiny music box that plays Hedwig's theme from Harry Potter when I wind the handle. It goes with the rest of the Harry Collection.

Beth, I always liked that Rosie Poster. We should be bringing out another version now with a small orange man crushed in that fist.

Cheryl, I loved any interview with Margaret Olley but I can't remember the portrait so it looks like a google session coming up.

Andrew, I'm stunned, I never knew you had taste. I would have it made up in leather, in a square footstool(PC as ever I never said Pouffe). Gold and black leather, so you.

River, mother gave me the usual present, she's sick but it's too cold to go down so I ring and listen to the rasping cough.

El Chi, if only my weight was the same as my age, I wouldn't mind being 70.
